Regina
Party Bus

The goal was not to make a transportation website look expensive. It was to make a local business easier to find when someone in Regina was already looking for the service.

I worked across the website, service structure, local search targeting, page content and the path from Google search to quote request.

A small local market where being visible matters more than looking clever.

Party bus and limousine searches are highly local and high-intent. Someone searching is usually comparing a small number of providers, checking the fleet, deciding whether the business feels legitimate, and looking for a fast way to ask for a quote.

That made the job broader than a visual redesign. The site needed useful service pages, clear local relevance, stronger search-engine signals and fewer dead ends between landing on a page and contacting the company.

Treating design, SEO and conversion as the same system.

01

Search structure

Organized the site around the services and occasions people actually search for instead of relying on one homepage to rank for everything.

02

Local relevance

Made Regina and the surrounding service area explicit in page copy, headings, metadata and supporting content without turning every sentence into keyword stuffing.

03

Useful landing pages

Built pages that answer the immediate question behind the search — weddings, birthdays, graduations, party buses, limos and other booking occasions.

04

Quote path

Kept contact details and quote actions obvious so the site could convert search traffic rather than just accumulate page views.

05

Technical cleanup

Worked through indexing, canonical, sitemap, structured-data and page-level issues as they appeared instead of treating launch day as the end of the project.

Working note

A good local-business website should make Google understand the business and make a customer understand what to do next. Those are not separate design problems.

The interesting work happened after the first version was already live.

Search visibility is iterative. Pages get crawled, competitors change, search intent becomes clearer and weak spots show up in real use. I kept adjusting page structure, service descriptions, internal links and SEO details instead of treating the project as finished once it looked complete.

I would rather let someone verify the search than print a ranking badge.

Search results move with location, device, personalization and time. A fixed “#1” graphic would age badly and tell less of the truth.

Live check

Search it from Regina.

Use Google and search Regina party bus. Look for the site in the organic results and compare it with the other local operators yourself.

Indexed presence confirmed.

Public search results currently surface Regina Party Bus pages for relevant category searches. Exact local ordering is intentionally not hard-coded here because it can change.

Private evidence

Search Console belongs here next.

Add a verified screenshot showing impressions, clicks and queries once it can be published. I am leaving this blank rather than manufacturing a growth chart.

One business, many reasons to search.

Instead of forcing every query onto the homepage, I treated individual services and occasions as their own entry points. That gives search engines clearer context and gives visitors a page that matches why they searched.

The writing still has to sound like a real local business. The point is not to create dozens of thin SEO pages. The point is to make each useful page answer a real booking question.

It moved my work away from “web design” and closer to digital presence.

A site can be well designed and still be commercially invisible.

Regina Party Bus reinforced the kind of work I want to do with more clients: understand the business, build or improve the website, make the search presence stronger, remove friction from enquiry, then keep improving it based on what happens after launch.

I’m looking for a few local businesses where the digital side can work harder.

If your business is good but your website, Google visibility or enquiry process does not show it, that is the problem I like working on.
